My name is Kini. Some stories published in this blog are stories that I can relate to. I don’t have a lot of experience training horses, but the horses I have trained were wild horses right off the range. Once trained, you could call them “Mustangs” because they are not really wild anymore.
Alot of people still think that you have to John Wayne these animals with the yahoos and yippee ayes. But, that only leads to risky behavior that puts your safety at risk. It doesn’t need to be so. I am 5′4″ and have tamed a 6 1/2 hand wild horse. It seems that most people in the equine industry are “know it all’s”, so, I will only reveal the methods that have worked for me.
